Still not appearing?
Some citation styles, such as the default Harvard style, will not include page numbers. Therefore, you’ll need to edit the EndNote Output style to make the page numbers appear.
Due to network administrator rights, you may need to move the style folder first to make edits to your styles. To move the style folder:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EndNote 20
Copy the Style folder
Place a copy of this folder in your “Documents” folder or any location where you have full read-write access. For example, C:\Users\[IDENT]\Documents (Ensure this is not the documents folder linked to your OneDrive).
Open EndNote Desktop, go to File > Preferences > Folder locations
Remap the Styles folder to the new location.
Select apply.
To edit the EndNote Output style:
Open the EndNote desktop
Select Tools > Output Styles > Open Style Manager
Select the citation style you want to use, then select “Edit”.
Select Citations > Templates > In-text Citations and add the text below.
Author (|Year|, p.^pp. Cited Pages|).
Harvard Output style supplied
After editing
Save the Output style (file > Save as...) We recommend saving it as a copy with a different title so you retain the original styles.
Your citations using this style should now show the appropriate page numbers as edited.
